Our Story
In 2021, two friends embarked on a journey that would not only transform their own lives but also touch the lives of many others. Farah Jean Charles and Eronne Louis Jeune Joseph shared a common goal: to prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination and become registered nurses. What they did not realize at the time was that their shared commitment to their faith and their profession would give rise to a powerful movement—one that would eventually grow into a nonprofit organization.
As they studied diligently for their exams, an idea began to take shape—an idea rooted in faith, community, and a deep belief in the power of God Almighty. On March 11, 2021, they founded what was first known as Nurses Goals NCLEX. Starting with just five members, the group embarked on a journey of learning, growth, mutual support, and unwavering faith.

Our Transformation
Fast forward two years, and Haitian Nurses of Jesus Christ has emerged as a testament to that unwavering commitment. With nearly 300 members, our study group stands as a beacon of hope, encouragement, and support for Haitian nurses, guided by the principles of faith, unity, and a profound belief in God’s divine plan for us as registered nurses.
Our name reflects our deep faith in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom we humbly acknowledge as the ultimate CEO of our lives. Our primary mission is to help Haitian nurses successfully pass the NCLEX examination. We fulfill this mission with a sacred promise: all our services are provided entirely free of charge, as an expression of our dedication to serving God and advancing His work through nursing.

Farah Jean Charles
Born in Blessings, Raised in Centre Thomonde Farah Jean Charles is the daughter of the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. A name synonymous with faith, determination, and service, hails from the heart of Haiti, Centre Thomonde.
