Our Story.
In 2021, two friends embarked on a journey that would not only change their lives but also impact the lives of many others. Farah Jean Charles and Eronne Louis Jeune Joseph had a common goal – to prepare for the NCLEX-RN exam and become registered nurses. Little did they know that their shared commitment to their faith and their profession would give birth to a remarkable nonprofit organization.
As they diligently prepared for their exams, an idea was born. An idea inspired by faith, community, and the belief in the power of the Almighty. On March 11, 2021, they founded what was initially known as "Nurses Goals NCLEX." With just five members, they embarked on a journey of learning, growth, and unwavering faith. |

Our Vision
Our vision is as ambitious as our faith: Bible Study Sessions: We aim to strengthen our members' relationships with God through regular Bible study sessions. We believe that a strong spiritual foundation empowers us in our nursing careers and personal lives. NCLEX Reviews: We are committed to providing comprehensive NCLEX review sessions to assist our members in obtaining their nursing licenses. Our goal is to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Future University: As we grow, we aspire to establish a university that will further support individuals in achieving their career goals. Education is a powerful tool, and we want to make it accessible to all who seek it. Betterment of Haiti: We are deeply connected to our homeland, Haiti, and believe in contributing to its betterment in alignment with God's intentions. We aim to be a force for positive change, not only in our nursing careers but also in our beloved country. |

To support fellow RNs who rely on their NCLEX-RN license as a means to provide for their families. We believe in the power of prayer and the importance of making sacrifices, especially when it comes to dedicating time for exam preparation. Our Transformation
Fast forward two years, and "Haitian Nurses of Jesus Christ" has emerged as a testament to their unwavering commitment. With nearly 300 members, our organization stands as a beacon of hope and support for Haitian nurses, guided by the principles of faith, unity, and a profound belief in God's plan for us as RNs.
Our name is a reflection of our deep faith in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom we acknowledge as the ultimate CEO of our lives. Our primary objective is to assist Haitian nurses in passing the NCLEX, and we do so with a promise – our services are offered entirely free of charge, a testament to our dedication to God's work. |
